Young Alumni Honor Faculty and Staff During Homecoming
In what is fast becoming an anchored tradition of CSU’s Homecoming annual festivities, faculty and staff were honored for their work in the classroom and beyond with this year’s Golden Apple Awards.
The initiative, sponsored by the Young Alumni Council (YAC), was developed to recognize the outstanding contributions of CSU’s dedicated faculty and staff.
“The award provides recent graduates with the opportunity to reflect on their college experience and the special individuals at CSU who influenced their lives,” said Kathleen Piper, YAC advisor.
“Each year, we hear from (former) students whose lives were quite literally changed by the mentorship and guidance of this great group of educators and administrators.”
